Simply cut some thin strips, under wrap with a variety of colors, use the color wire you prefer, and bingo. You should have a very productive fly to fish under that indicator. One pattern that has worked for me and a few of my buddies very well is as follows...
- bright green, or forest green thread - static bag strip - copper wire - copper bead *you can also sub the two copper items with black*
Anyways, I thought I'd type this up as I'm sitting at home staring out the window at the gorgeous 20 plus deg weather!! And I'm not fishing??.... As we speak Welton is chasing 10 pound slabs somewhere in the Interior!!
